An open system without unnecessary rewriting of data

We believe company data should be in one place – but at the same time accessible from wherever you need them. INSIO is designed as an open system that accounts for integrations with other tools and applications. Our goal is to eliminate manual retyping and unnecessary errors, so your data is always current and accurate.

Integration via REST API

Thanks to our REST API, we can securely and quickly transfer data such as supplier information, bank accounts, due dates, received invoices, or travel expense allocations between applications. Integrations are flexible – if we don't currently have a connection to your system, we can create it quickly, easily, and cost-effectively.

Single Sign-On (SSO) in the INSIO application

The INSIO platform supports SSO technology, which enables automatic login to the INSIO application. No more passwords and login credentials to remember - if you are logged in on your computer, the INSIO application will log you in automatically.

We support national
e-invoicing standards (ISDOC, SDI…)

For exchanging accounting data, we support standardized formats (such as ISDOC, SDI…), which ensures fast and error-free transfer of invoices between systems. Thanks to this, you eliminate manual document retyping, reduce errors, and speed up the entire accounting process.

Most local accounting and ERP systems can work with these standardized formats, including government administration. The INSIO system can both generate and process documents in this format.

Security and auditability

Integration doesn't just mean convenience – it also means security. By connecting systems, we eliminate errors caused by manual retyping while keeping data consistent across the entire company.

The system is fully auditable – you can see who, when, where, and what was changed. This helps detect errors and prevent fraudulent invoices. Data is always current and you have real-time access to it.
